Job Purpose:


Administrative support and project management and/or monitoring for the following cluster teams: Nephrology Franchise, Oncology Franchise, Digital & Commercial Excellence, Human Resources, Market Access, Finance, Legal & Compliance.


  • Reporting to the Cluster General Manager.
  • Provide administrative and management support and/or project monitoring in the framework of commercial, marketing, finance, and HR activities.
  • Manage creative agencies, printers, promotional material custodians, promotional budgets and monitor campaigns.
  • Carry out administrative activities related to the Charter of promotional information by canvassing, the requirements of the anti-gift law in France and transparency in France and Benelux
  • Supporting brand and tactical planning, e.g., preparing meetings, following up on the different versions of new promotional materials, assisting in the follow-up of tactical plans, contributing to budgeting and monitoring and ad hoc research.
  • Contribute to the administration and maintenance of the CRM database.
  • Place orders, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with purchasing standards.
  • Monitor budget execution.
  • Provide executive assistant support to the senior management team, including ticket booking, agenda management, administrative support.

All activities are implemented within the framework of pharmaceutical regulations, strategy, and the company's quality policy. Adheres to the promotional information charter and applies it according to the terms of the certification reference framework in force. Applies Kyowa Kirin's processes which take into account the regulations in force (promotional information charter, advertising, law governing benefits, transparency, pharmacovigilance, RGPD, etc.).


  • Experience in a sales management role, in a sales support position or as a marketing assistant.
  • Proactive attitude, strong sense of detail and able to work independently in a dynamic environment. · Experience in the pharmaceutical industry highly recommended.
  • Experience in an English-speaking environment and perfect command of spoken and written English. · Act as a role model for others, in keeping with Kyowa Kirin's culture and values.
