Job Purpose

To deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience by supporting the effective implementation of digital campaigns and responding to customer queries that are generated by the campaigns (including reactive virtual or in person meetings with HCPs). Represent the voice of the country, ensuring local insight and context is incorporated into regionally driven commercial / marketing activities such as brand strategy, tactical planning and campaign development and execution

 

Responsibilities

  • Reporting into the EMBU Commercial Director
  • Support EMEA Marketing Managers and EMBU Digital Manager, in an advisory capacity, to ensure regionally driven brand strategy, tactical planning and campaign development / execution sufficiently meets local requirements and reflects local market context and customer/patient needs (any actual location of strategy/tactics/content required is owned Regionally)
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date understanding of local market context and customer/patient needs, including consolidating insights through interaction with Medical Advisors and KAMs
  • Support the segmentation of customers to support targeted campaign execution
  • Support the implementation and management of centrally produced digital campaigns into the local market, monitoring feedback to ensure successful impact on target customers, accounts, and patients where applicable
  • Respond to customer queries generated by the campaigns including conducting reactive virtual/phone/in person meetings with HCPs when requested
  • Support the roll-out of regionally driven projects and capability building activities
  • Provide ad-hoc support to EMBU Marketing Managers/Digital Managers where local language is required (e.g., reviewing translations)
  • Support the delivery of training to EMBU team
  • To be aware of Kyowa Kirin Group Code of Conduct and associated policies and procedures and other applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
  • Comply with the Kyowa Kirin competences, in terms of expected values and behaviours, in addition to Kyowa Kirin´ HR policies, procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Degree in life sciences, IT/Digital or marketing preferred
  • Marketing/brand management experience in a pharmaceutical context required
  • Understanding of the local market dynamics, requirements and customer/patient needs required
  • A background in sales or experience of interacting with customers preferred
  • Experience of working in an omnichannel / digital marketing environment preferred
  • Knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas
