Job Purpose
This role requires a “hands on” approach to delivering business and digital solutions which provide significant value add to the business at regional and global levels. Working closely with business stakeholders and our dedicated digital function to ensure that the company has effective business and digital frameworks, governance and solutions that meet legal, regulatory and business requirements. Recognised as a subject matter expert this role will deliver solutions through effective stakeholder engagement and full-lifecycle project management.
Combining people and project management skills, the role engages stakeholders and teams across the business to ensure that requirements are well defined and understood by all the stakeholders across EMEA and the wider group. The role will also engage with global teams on the delivery of global initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with regional requirements and representing EMEA on global projects as needed.
This is a key business role that is often the frontline of IT communication to stakeholder and requires the individual to have a holistic view of business, digital and IT strategies to identify opportunities, uncover overlaps and gaps in solutions and manage them to optimise as required.
Please note this is a hybrid position: 2 days per week based in either Marlow, Bucks or Galashiels, Scotland
