Job Purpose

The Finance Analyst ensures accurate financial consolidation, forecasting and various financial analysis for EGM Cluster and statutory compliance in Czech Republic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regular financial results reporting and analyses, ad hoc analyses
• Sales forecasting, support for finance director
• Financial accounting / manage daily transactions, customer and vendor management, employee expense reporting
• Monthly financial closing activities
• Assist with statutory year end financial closing and tax

Position Requirements

• Solid experience in financial analysis or accounting within a corporate environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, including Czech accounting standards, IFRS, or US GAAP, as well as tax compliance regulations (VAT, income tax).
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level, both written and spoken.
• University degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (D365).
• Fluency in Czech or Slovak, both written and spoken.
