• Patient focus – Learn the principles of patient focus/customer focus and understand how market research helps bring the patient voice to the teams. Assisting in the design and execution of a Global market research project. Interrogate and explore market research to identify key insights and learnings
• Operations – Assisting and coordinating the process of the annual budget forecast
• Documenting and explain core assumptions to be communicated to stakeholders in the process
• Communication – Key competency in achieving strategic and operational deliverables across different geographies, cultures and personality types
• Matrix working – Understanding and capability of the matrix, its importance and influencing/achieving through others

• Confident in Microsoft excel
• Occasional overnight travel
• Life science or business degree preferable
