Job Purpose:

To provide legal advice and support to operational and commercial functions throughout the business

Key Responsibilities:

• Trusted legal advisor to key stakeholders (eg Medical, Clinical Development, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, HR)
• Draft and review a broad range of agreements across the UK and EMEA (eg distribution and supply agreements, clinical trials and site agreements, market research, inter-company agreements, MSAs, collaboration agreements)
• Legal review of Regional and Global Polices & SOPs
• Provide training to functional and business colleagues on relevant legal topics 
• Create and maintain legal template documents 
• Enable best practice sharing and drive continuous improvement across the Region

Position Requirements:

• UK-qualified solicitor
• Significant in-house experience in life sciences in the UK
• Expertise in clinical trials, supply chain, pharmaceutical law, competition law, commercial contracts and ABPI Code of Practice
• Mature and balanced team player with high integrity
• Strong communicator with sound judgement and a practical approach
• Regional (EMEA) experience preferred but not required
