Job Purpose:

You will lead the definition of KKI’s data strategy and architecture in alignment with the Global Data Strategy defined by the KK Global Head of Data and own the delivery and management of KKI’s data architecture & platforms. You will also oversee KKI’s AI governance, ensuring alignment with the global AI policy and compliance with regional AI legislation and best practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Be an influencer in the ongoing development and implementation of the global data strategy, governance processes, standards, platforms and projects
• Design, implement and own the KKI data strategy and roadmap in alignment with the global data strategy
• Design, innovate and drive best in class data office practices and processes
• Provide vision and leadership in data utility across functions
• Drive adoption and overall customer satisfaction through promoting data culture across the KKI organisation
• Contribute to overall EMEA ICT & Digital strategy and leadership
• Work with business to support the adoption of new AI technologies
• Lead the sourcing, delivery, and maintenance of data products and capabilities at KKI
• Define and deliver data transformation programs to implement the strategic initiatives
• Define how to manage and exploit data effectively to enable the objectives of the organisation
• Undertake stakeholder analysis, run, and facilitate workshops, trainings and produce variety of different activities driving the data strategy and culture
• Coach, develop, and performance manage team members as part of data delivery

Position Requirements:

• Significant and demonstrable knowledge of leading and developing effective data programs across an international market
• Experienced leader in driving the optimisation and adoption of a data driven organisation
• Demonstrable experience in data full lifecycle management
• Good knowledge of cloud-based data platforms. Knowledge of Azure data platform is a nice to have
• Knowledge of modern data processing techniques which include Automation
• Solid experience working within a regulated industry driving data transformation programs preferably within the lifecycle sector
• Solid experience working within the pharmaceutical industry, with strong knowledge and understanding of data technologies and practices
• Professional level in English language, fluent written and spoken
• Strong people management and development credentials
• Experience working in a matrix-managed environment
• Experience in vendor / supplier management across development and support services
