Job Purpose:

You will support the Northern Cluster functions by assisting with day-to-day activities and contributing to projects that drive business objectives. This role offers exposure to the commercial area of the pharmaceutical business and provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic, global pharmaceutical environment

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with ongoing projects and administrative tasks within the department
  • Support team members in data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Help maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver assigned tasks on time
  • Undertake research and prepare presentations or summaries as required

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Life Sciences, Finance, Marketing, etc.)
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrates initiative and willingness to learn
