Job Purpose:

You will support the Compliance team by assisting with day-to-day activities and contributing to projects that drive business objectives. This role offers exposure to various functions within the organisation and provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic, global pharmaceutical environment

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the Training Administrator for Legal & Compliance, and supports the design and delivery of training activities
  • Provides support for the Third-Party Oversight (TPO) process
  • Provides support for Transparency Reporting
  • Provides support for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
  • Participates in meetings and contribute ideas to simplify processes
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver assigned tasks on time
  • Undertakes research and prepare presentations or summaries as required

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Life Sciences, HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrates initiative and willingness to learn
