• Patient focus: learn the principles of patient focus/customer focus and understand how market research helps bring the patient voice to the teams. Assisting in the design and execution of a Global market research project. Interrogate and explore market research to identify key insights and learnings
• Operations: assisting and coordinating the process of the annual budget forecast, documenting and explain core assumptions to be communicated to stakeholders in the process
• Assisting with New Product Planning tasks such as market and potential assessment for pipeline products, through secondary/desk research and collaborating on setting up primary research projects
• Communication: key competency in achieving strategic and operational deliverables across different geographies, cultures and personality types
• Matrix working: understanding the capability of THE matrix, its importance and influencing/achieving through others  

• Self-starter
• Keen to learn and develop
• Creative, passionate, growth mindset
• Data driven and enjoys manipulating/exploring large data sets
• Confident in Microsoft excel
• Occasional overnight travel
• Life science or business degree preferable
