Job Purpose

Coordination, administrative support and project management and/or monitoring of Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research (GHEOR) projects to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget and in accordance with business requirements

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for GHEOR projects
  • Monitor project progress in accordance with timelines and budget, facilitating identification of risks and mitigation strategies
  • Support project coordination, aligning with project teams to develop and share plans proactively
  • Close tracking of GHEOR budget to monitor actual spend vs budget
  • Coordinate completion of monthly GHEOR report
  • Provide updates on projects to Global Head HEOR and Leadership Team
  • Provide vendor and stakeholder management, including selection of agencies, contracting, and tracking performance
  • Ensure work is compliant with internal SOPs and other relevant guidelines

Qualifications

Position Requirements

  • Essential experience in similar roles or positions in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Batchelors degree within life sciences
  • Project management qualification desirable
