We're looking for an inspiring leader to drive Marketing, Commercial Excellence, and Digital Transformation across France and BENELUX for Crysvita and Poteligeo.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will define and execute the cluster's commercial strategy, lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team, and accelerate customer-centric, data-driven growth. Working closely with local, regional, and global stakeholders, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business and delivering meaningful outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the marketing and commercial strategy across France and BENELUX.
• Drive customer excellence and omnichannel engagement through innovative, data-driven approaches.
• Lead and develop teams across marketing, commercial excellence, and digital.
• Partner with regional and global teams to localise brand strategies and maximise impact.
• Champion digital transformation, innovation, AI, and new healthcare solutions.
• Drive forecasting, performance insights, and commercial effectiveness across the cluster.
• Foster collaboration, best-practice sharing, and a high-performance culture

Position Requirements

• Senior pharmaceutical leader with strong experience in marketing and commercial excellence.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
• Proven track record in growing mature products and driving successful launches in specialty care
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to turn vision into execution.
• Experience partnering with regional and global stakeholders.
• Passion for innovation, digital transformation, and customer-centric thinking.
• Excellent leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Rare Disease experience and Onco-hematology is a plus
• Fluent English; additional language skills are an advantage.
