Job Purpose

As part of the Marketing team, you will actively contribute to the deployment of the marketing strategy aimed at supporting the management of rare diseases. You will be involved in all franchise marketing activities and will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of marketing tools and omnichannel campaigns
• Design and develop information and support materials → Create a digital brochure and an explanatory video for healthcare professionals and patients.
• Contribute to the development of digital tools → Implement an email campaign and manage a dedicated webpage.
• Coordinate projects with agencies and external vendors → Lead the creation of a campaign with a communication agency while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Deploy omnichannel engagement plans and monitor performance → Launch a campaign combining email, social media and website activities, then analyze results.
• Optimize existing materials → Improve a brochure or digital campaign based on field feedback and performance indicators.
• National and regional congress organization
• Participate in the preparation of congresses and scientific events → Organize logistics and materials for the company’s presence at medical congresses.
• Contribute to communication plan orchestration → Coordinate communication activities before, during and after congresses with internal teams.
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Gather field insights and co-develop marketing projects → Work with the sales force to adapt campaigns to healthcare professionals’
• Participate in the preparation of training materials and internal seminars → Develop presentations and educational tools for sales meetings and seminars.
• Work closely with internal teams → Collaborate with Medical and Regulatory Affairs teams to validate marketing content.
• Analysis and strategic intelligence
• Conduct ongoing market monitoring → Track innovations and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Contribute to market analysis and performance tracking → Analyze campaign results and market share data to refine strategy.
• Prepare summaries and recommendations → Draft executive summaries and marketing recommendations based on collected data.

Position Requirements

• Master’s degree in a scientific field (Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, etc.). Ideally complemented by training in Marketing, Management or Digital disciplines. Professional English required. Previous marketing experience would be an advantage
